Since 1987, the Superior X-ray Tube Company has been designing and manufacturing quality x-ray tubes. We take pride in our diverse product line. Our tubes are used in a wide range of applications, including medical, dental, thickness gauging, food inspection, bone densitometry, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) Spectroscopy.
